He also had access to any number of Mirror Dimensions, an could use them as a conduit for teleportation, or to trap others in.
History: (Flash II #212 (fb)) - Evan was abandoned by his parents and left on the doorstep of Kirkcaldy, an orphanage run by Miss McCulloch. Evan grew up happy, but there was a boy named Georgie who dragged away his fellow orphans at night and abused them. When he chose Evan as a target Evan hit him with a rock and drowned him in a stream. He was convinced he’d done the right thing, since this meant Georgie would hurt no one else. At sixteen Evan ran away from the orphanage, taking the last name McCulloch as a tribute to the woman who raised him.
(Flash II #212 (fb)) - Evan moved to Glasgow and spent his days drinking and fighting. He started a criminal career orchestrating protection rackets, and moved on to becoming a hit man. He gained a reputation as someone who made quick hits and quickly disappeared. He killed a man by sniping him, and later learned it was his father Louis Erikson. Wracked with guilt he killed the contractor that ordered the hit, and then tried to start a relationship with his mother. He went to her house, but found she’d committed suicide in despair over her husband’s murder. Evan was ready to turn himself over to the police when he was taken into F.B.I. custody. They liked his work, and wanted him to do dirty work the government couldn’t officially be involved in. He was outfitted with the deceased villain Mirror Master’s gear, becoming the new Mirror Master. Evan wanted a way to escape reality eer since his parents’ death, and he finally found it.

(JLA #9-12, 14, 15) - Lex Luthor used the Philosopher Stone to brainwash Jemm and made him nudge the minds of a number of villains, including Mirror Master, so that they would be willing to work for Luthor as the Injustice Gang. He told them they wouldn’t be having another brawl with the JLA, they would defeat the heroes using corporate strategies like gathering information, recruitment and shaking their confidence in their leader. Lex and Mirror Master designed the JLA Revenge Squad, hard-light duplicates, and sent them to wreck havoc in Star City. The Revenge Squad gathered information about the JLA and their team fighting style before being recalled. The Gang lured Superman and Martian Manhunter to a duplicate of the Injustice Gang satellite hq, and trapped them in a maze that was a manifestation of Joker’s mind. Circe then approached Green Arrow and tried to lure him away from the JLA. The Gang teleported warheads aboard the JLA Watchtower and demanded that Aztek join them or die. Mirror Master turned spy for the JLA when Batman paid him more than Luthor, and Mirror Master took his payment in the form of a donation to the orphanage where he grew up. Mirror Master led the JLA to the Gang’s hq and beat his retreat.
(Flash II #132, 133) - While Flash was off fighting the Suit, Mirror Master broke into Linda Park's home and sent her to a mirror dimension where time ran backwards. He knew she'd soon disappear from Flash's life, and when Flash returned he led him on a chase that resulted in Flash running into a giant prism at lightspeed and being split in seven. Mirror Master used the distraction to rob a bank vault, but Flash pulled himself together and destroyed Mirror Master's mirror gun. Mirror Master told him he couldn't save Linda without his gun, so Flash ran to Singapore to get replacement parts. He asked Mirror Master why he committed crime when he had technology that could change the world. Mirror Master told him he needed lots of money to create more expensive tech to commit bigger crimes. Mirror Master returned Linda from the mirror dimension and tried to escape, but Flash caught up with him and sent him to jail.

(Flash II #176) - Mirror Master joined Blacksmith’s Rogues. After Flash defeated Weather Wizard, Mirror Master appeared to them in a mirror and yelled at Wizard because Blacksmith told him it was too early to go after the Flash. He then told Flash he’d be seeing him soon.
(Flash II #177) - Mirror Master recruited Plunder for the Rogues. He contacted Captain Cold and offered him a position in the New Rogues. Cold said he had other business to attend to first, but would consider it in the future. Mirror Master told him he might want to stay away from Keystone City for a while because the Rogues were going to be causing some chaos there.

They were among the crowd of villains that watched members of the JSA forced to fight each other. Roulette got irritated when Mirror Master and Weather Wizard discussed rumors about the fate of her husband.
(Flash Secret Files #3) - The Rogues sent Murmur to slaughter his enemies at radio stations KKEY and KKSS, using this as a cover to have Mirror Master set up mirror devices that would be activated by the radio stations. The mirrors would, when the time was right, set up a mirror around Keystone City that would cut it off from the outside world.

(Flash II #184-188) - The Rogues eliminated the last of Flash’s allies when Mirror Master trapped Cyborg and the KCPD in a mirror. The Rogues demanded Flash have a showdown with them in Central City. Flash fought valiantly, but the Rogues soon had him on the run. He ran to Keystone, which had been taken over by the Thinker. Thinker and the Rogues both claimed Flash for themselves. Flash fled, and the Rogues pursued him. Mirror Master activated the reflection, a mirror that would keep the world unaware of their activities in Keystone. By the time the Rogues found Flash his mind had been taken over by the Thinker. Although the Rogues separated Flash from the Thinker, Keith Kenyon rescued Flash and brought him to safety before the Rogues could kill him. Flash defeated the Thinker and Kenyon tipped off the FBI about the Network. The Rogues attacked Kenyon and Flash, defeating them. Blacksmith knew she had to leave the city with her Network, but intended to cause as much destruction as she could before leaving, and summoned the Network to wreck havoc. Kenyon gathered his unions to battle the Network, buying Flash time to defeat the Rogues. Mirror Master, Trickster and Weather Wizard escaped. They met Captain Cold, who told them he would be their new Rogue leader.

Mirror Master returned to Rogue hq and indulged in his cocaine habit another way for him to escape reality. Cold caught him and gave him a sound beating, demanding that his Rogues stay sharp and focused at all times.
(Flash II #214) - Mirror Master and the Rogues discussed the brutal murder of Elongated Man’s wife while robbing a bank vault. Cold left the bank, not having the stomach for a crime at the moment, and told the Rogues to send flowers to the Elongated Man.

(Flash II #217) - Mirror Master staged a breakout at Iron Heights so the Rogues could hold a funeral for Captain Boomerang in Avernus. Afterwards Mirror and the Rogues went on a crime spree using Boomerang’s weapons as a tribute to their fallen comrade.

The Rogues found a note from the Top who wrote that he was assembling his own Rogues to challenge Captain Cold. Trickster was locked up in Iron Heights, and Mirror Master helped him escape. (Flash II #220-225) - Mirror Master and the Rogues broke into F.B.I. hq and slaughtered a number of guards, but didn’t find Captain Boomerang’s body there. When they returned to their own hq they were confronted by Trickster and his group of reformed Rogues. The two groups battled across Central City, and Flash showed up to battle the villains. Top interrupted the battle to undo the mental programming he’d used to turn some of the Rogues to the side of good. He turned Trickster and Heat Wave back to the side of evil, and Trickster led the Rogues to Captain Boomerang’s body. They threatened Ashley Zoloman, who was working on Boomerang’s body, which led to a brief fight between Zoom and the Rogues. Later Zoom told the Rogues he was ready for a private battle against Flash and quickly left them unconscious, except for Mirror Master, who tried to revive his teammates. Mirror Master helped the Rogues escape capture by opening up mirror portals. After burying Captain Boomerang in Avernus the Rogues decided it was time for them to hook up with the Society
(Green Arrow III #54, 55) - The Society blew up Green Arrow’s home, and when he went looking for Dr. Light with Black Lightning the Society set a trap.
