History: (Green Arrow III #73, 74) - Brick decided to break his truce with Green Arrow and regain control of the Star City underworld. He recruited metahumans Breaker, Monk, Mastman and Pick and Roll from out of town to act as his lieutenants. He then introduced his team to Green Arrow’s nemesis Merlyn, who he assured would add drama to their confrontation. Green Arrow, Black Canary, Speedy and Connor Hawke interrupted their meet and managed to capture everyone except Brick and Merlyn, who escaped.
