Powers: Mr. Who possessed superhuman strength and durability and the power of regeneration. He could alter his body, growing and shrinking at will, blending into his background, becoming paper-thin, or changing his features to impersonate others.

History: Mr. Who was born a cripple and tormented by his peers for being hopeless. He became a scientist and developed Solution Z that made him big and strong, and granted him tremendous powers, but refused to share it with humanity because he was embittered. Mr. Who became a villain and clashed with Dr. fate on numerous occasions.
