History: (Hawk and Dove II #1 (BTS), Hawk & Dove III #14-17) - M'Shulla was an ancient enemy of the Lord of Order Terataya, and 1,000 years ago he attacked the dimensional realm of Druspa Tau that Terataya protected. He was repulsed, but cast a spell that made people remember Terataya as Arriya, and because they no longer remembered his true name they could no summon him for aid. In modern times M'Shulla and Gorum created the Kestrel spell, and empowered a man to serve as its host. Kestrel was charged with destroying Hawk, ending Terataya's experiment in uniting Chaos and Order, but Kestrel failed. M'Shulla returned to Tau and conquered it. He tried to turn the conquered people against Order, and asked them to worship him. He was opposed by Hawk and Dove, but his allies Flaw, Child and Kestrel kept them in check. Kestrel was in possession of Ren Takamori, Hawk's girlfriend, and he agreed to serve M'Shulla if he'd release her. Dove took off with Rome, an old man who still believed in Arriya, the Lord of Order, and fled to the Tridic Tower. M'Shulla, adopting a seductive female form, convinced Hawk of his cause, claiming that the Lords of Order imposed martial order on Tau, not revealing that Tau would burn out without their laws. Hawk agreed to be M'Shulla's warlord, and in return M'Shulla allowed Ren to turn back into her human form at will. He sent her as a spy to the city of Capella that still resisted M'Shulla, and after reconnaissance Hawk and M'Shulla's army conquered it. Hawk captured Rome, and Dove, in the safety of the Tridic Tower, planned to show Hawk the error of his ways. M'Shulla revealed to Rome that he'd hidden Arriya's true name, and freed him, letting him know how hopeless his cause was. M'Shulla, Ketsrel and Hawk stormed Tridic Tower, occupying Dove long enough to bring the tower down. Barter, who'd brought Hawk and Dove to Tau, revealed Teratya's name to Rome, allowing him to summon the Lord. Teratya had combined with the Lord of Chaos T'Charr to become the Unity, but most of their power went into powering their avatars Hawk and Dove. M'Shulla transformed into a pterosaur and battled the Unity, fatally wounding them. The Unity passed their essence into Hawk and Dove, who realized that as the Kali Yuga, the age oif Chaos, came to be they couldn't save Tau. They were transported back to Earth and M'Shulla remained lord of Tau.
