(JSA #56) - Nemesis and the rest of Black Adam’s team arrived in Adam’s homeland of Kahndaq with the intention of reclaiming it for Adam. They freed the workers of a slave labor camp and slaughtered the soldiers guarding the camp. Nemesis had doubts about what they were doing, but she was silenced by her teammates, who were blindly following Adam’sorders. Nemesis spent her first night in the palace with Eclipso. The JSA came to Kahndaq to take Nemesis and their other former allies home, but Adam destroyed their plane, scattering the JSA across Kahndaq. Nemesis teamed with Eclipso and battled some of the JSAers, who were now considered invaders by the people of Kahndaq. Nemesis slashed open Hourman’s abdomen, forcing him to retreat to Timepoint to save himself from death. Nemesis continued fighting the JSA when the true Eclipso took control of Alex Montez and murdered her.
