History:  The Keeper of the Orange Light created a power ring fueled by avarice, the orange color of the emotional spectrum. The Keeper warred with the Guardians of the Universe, but came to a true that restricted the Keeper to Okaara. Larfleeze and a group of thieves raided the treasures of Maltus and found a map to the forbidden Orange Light. Larfleeze would come to own the orange power ring. When Larfleeze killed someone with the power ring it consumed their very soul, and Larfleeze could then summon an orange light construct of the individual. These constructs formed the Orange Lantern Corps.
