History: (Flash vol. 2 #84, 85)-Razer's origins are unknown. He first made his presence known when Art Valentine hired him to help blackmail the other Valentine brothers, wealthy businessmen. Razer would destroy various Valentine Developments, demanding two million dollars to cease the carnage. Razer would ask for the money on behalf of Klaus Norwood, a convenient scapegoat. Klaus had fallen from grace with the Valentine brothers and been killed by Art, but he still made a good front for the scheme. Razer destroyed a Valentine Galleria, and part of a downtown street, endangering many bystanders in the process. Flash III prevented casualties on both occasions, but was unable to capture Razer. When Razer attacked a warehouse district, Flash was finally able to subdue him. Razer was panicked, and willingly explained the blackmail scheme, naming Art Valentine as the mastermind behind it.
