Powers: Red Dart utilized a dart gun that shot smart-ice darts that dissolved in the bloodstream and paralyzed the target with neural shock for one minute.

History: (JLA #34 (fb, BTS)) - A small time hood bought a costume and his dart gun used, and adopted the identity of the new Red Dart. Despite his supervillain status he stayed small-time and was captured and sent to Belle Reve prison.

(JLA #34) - Mageddon approached Earth, and sent a remote sender to Belle Reve prison, driving the prisoners berserk with rage. During the riot Prometheus of the New Injustice Gang had Red Dart steal Green Lantern’s ring, telling him that even an ant could start an avalanche. Prometheus gave him back the ring after tinkering with it and assured Dart he’d be partly responsible for the JLA’s downfall. The JLA ended the riot and Dart handed back the ring to Lantern. That night in his cell Dark thought about how much he hated superheroes and how happy he'd be to have contributed to the JLA's downfall.
