Powers: RRU-9-2 was a robotic law enforcement machine. As a Green Lantern, RRU-9-2 wielded a power ring powered  by his willpower and capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields. 

History: (Green Lantern / Sinestro Corps: Secret Files #1) - RRU-9-2 was a robotic law enforcement machine rumored to have once been a Manhunter. These rumors were widely believed, and few of RRU-9-2's fellow Green Lanterns would work with him.
