Powers: By saying the word "Shazam" Rogers was transformed into a mystic being possessing the powers of flight and superhuman strength, but limited by bestial intelligence.

History: Merlin created the mystical being Shazam to defend Mother Earth should Morgana Le Fay ever return to life. A number of human agents boned with Shazam until Interpol agent was force to become Shazam's host when the fakir that boned with Shazam was on his deathbed. As Shazam he defended Mother Earth against a number of threats.
