PowersSorry had a three foot long tail and was an expert on superheroes and their history.

History(Marshal Law (Epic) #1) - Sorry signed up for S.H.O.C.C. treatments in hope of becoming a superhero. The only power the S.H.O.C.C. treatments gave him was a three foot long tail, and S.H.O.C.C. said he wasn’t someone cut out to be a hero. Now calling himself Sorry the Nearly Man he lived a reclusive life but still dreamed of being a superhero. A strippergram dressed as superhero Celeste crashed through the roof of his apartment. She’d been murdered by the Sleepman, and Sorry took her body to the no-go zone of downtown San Futuro to dispose of her body. He was spotted by Gangreen, who concluded he was guilty of murder and strung him up from a lampost. SFPD hero hunter saved him, and chased off Gangreen by throwing a car at them. He told Sorry he couldn’t stay in home with Gangreen on the loose, and Sorry gushed over him, saying what a big fan of superheroes he was and showing him his memorabilia and souvenirs, not realizing that Marshal Law detested superheroes, seeing them all as hypocrites. Marshal Law had his friend Father O’Brien put up Sorry in The Midnight hostel.

(Marshal Law (Epic) #2) - Danny Mallon hacked S.H.O.C.C.’s files of Public Spirit, and showed Law evidence that Public Spirit had murdered his fiancée Virago to ensure that he’d be able to go on his mission to the stars. Virago was pregnant, and if she gave birth he would have been disqualified because the program called for unmarried men with no children. Law intended to confront Public Spirit at the Superdrome, an amusement park that showed off S.H.O.C.C.’s creations. Sorry was at the Superdrome looking for autographs while Law was accusing Spirit. Sleepman attacked and killed Law’s girlfriend Lynn Evans, and released the evil rejects locked up under the Superdrome, including the Betrayer, Hitler Hernandex, Grimgram, Rimfire, Scapegoat and Slug Fest. They went on a murderous rampage and masochist Scapegoat targeted Sorry, angered that Sorry couldn’t hurt him. Law saved Sorry before massacring the heroes.

(Marshal Law (Epic) #3) - Sorry volunteered at The Midnight, taking care of handicapped surplus heroes. Commissioner McGland convinced Marshal Law to stop going after Public Spirit, only getting him to agree when he revealed that Spirit was going to donate one million dollars to The Midnight, and Law thought about all the down-and-out heroes the money could help. Law was forced to make nice with Spirit at a public event showcasing Spirit’s donation and Sorry was overjoyed, believing Marshal Law and Public Spirit were having a good, old-fashioned team-up.
