Powers: As a Green Lantern, Tagort wielded a power ring capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields.

History: (Green Lantern / Sinestro Corps: Secret Files #1) - Tagort’s body was overgrown and disfigured by the Gremlins, an alien race that lived to experiment on the evolutionary process of other races. He was in a massive refugee camp when he was freed by Green Lantern Venizz and taken into the Green lantern Corps. Tagort and Venizz dedicated themselves to eliminating the Gremlins, but their task seemed insurmountable.

(Green Lantern IV #6) - The Guardians sent their new GLC recruits Tagort and Venizz to take custody of the Gremlins that were operating on Earth from Hal Jordan.
