History: (JLA: Tomorrow Woman #1) - Ten years ago the Sole Jurisdiction sent Taint aboard a probe ship to Earth. The probe ship jettisoned Taint and then exploded, irradiating millions of unborn babies and animals who would be named Miracle Babies. At ten years of age these children and animals were activated by Taint, they’d been programmed in the womb by the Jurisdiction to serve as killers and a militia. The Miracle Babies killed and rampaged, but the JLA were able to turn a bunch of them back to normal thanks to Tomorrow Woman, who removed the hatred from their hearts using her telepathy. Taint panicked at the Jurisdiction’s plan going awry and sent out a worldwide broadcast of rage, but this only allowed Tomorrow Woman to pinpoint his location, defeat him and destroy his armor.
