Powers: Terri Henshaw's body was constantly phasing between Earth and an alternate dimension.

History: 

(Tales of the Sinestro Corps: Cyborg-Superman #1) - Hank had become the nihilistic Cyborg-Superman, broken by Terri’s suicide. On the eve of Cyborg-Superman and the Sinestro Corps’ invasion of Earth Cyborg. visited Earth and his wife’s grave, thinking that he still yearned to be with her, not in reunion, but in oblivion so he could finally forget his pain. He dug up Terri's corpse and ripped it to pieces before returning to space.

Terri and Hank Hensaw, Steve and Jim Garrison were analogs of Marvel Comics Fantastic Four. Unlike the Fantastic Four their exposure to cosmic rays during a space flight result in tragedy instead of superheroic fame and fortune.

Terri Henshaw had a cameo in Green Lantern IV #12.
