Powers: The Terror possessed a magnetizer that could attract anything made of metal; it's range was enough to affect an entire city.History: (Sensation Comics I #67) -The Terror made his home in Stone Mountain, the ancient tomb of a king. He bombarded NYC with his magnetizer, pulling all the valuable metal he could dream of into his lair. Wildcat was also pulled to Stone Mountain because he was riding his catocycle. Wildcat dispatched the Terror's goons, and then destroyed his magnetizer.
