Powers: As a homo magi Traci had innate magical abilities. She had a magic familiar, an iguana named Leroy. She specialized in urban magic, that drew it's power from the natural energy emanating from cities.

History: It has been rumored that Traci 13 is the daughter of ghost-breaker Dr. Thirteen, although they are not on speaking terms. Traci's mother died conducting magical experiments, but this has not deterred Traci from following her nature as a homo magi and becoming a sorceress.

Traci moved to Metropolis, where she became friends with Natasha Irons and saved Superman from death at the hands of a ghost.

(Day of Vengeance: Infinite Crisis Special #1) - The Shadowpact summoned Traci and a number of other sorcerers to Gotham City so they could reconstruct the shattered Rock of Eternity and capture the Seven Deadly Sins that had been freed because of the Rock's destruction. Traci was invaluable to the task; she used her city magic to locate every piece of the Rock that had been scattered around Gotham, allowing the others to piece it back together.
