Powers: Tuebeen was completely without emotion. As a Green Lantern, Tuebeen wielded a power ring capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields.

History: (Green Lantern / Sinestro Corps: Secret Files #1) - Tuebeen was from a race without emotion, and was assigned to the Green Lantern Corps to deal with crimes too gruesome and horrific for other Corps members. Tuebeen worked closely with GL D.A. Malet Dasim to catch and prosecute criminals.
