Powers: Umitu was a fierce fighter who possessed superhuman strength. As a Green Lantern, Norchavius wielded a power ring capable of doing almost anything he could imagine as long as it was recharged by his emerald power battery once every 24 hours. Examples of its' powers include flight, phasing, creating giant objects formed of energy, and force fields.

History: Hal Jordan brought Umitu into the GLC after he proved a worthy combatant.

(Green Lantern / Sinestro Corps: Secret Files #1) - Umitu received more demerits and suspensions for excessive force than any other Green Lantern. He was notified that one more infraction would result in his expulsion, so he decided to save his final outburst for when it was needed most.
