Powers:  Ursa, like all Kryptonians, gained superhuman powers while under a yellow sun. She had incalculable levels of superhuman strength and invulnerability, and possessed the powers of heat-vision, telescopic vision, super-hearing and flight. 

History: 

(Superman I #684) - Ursa declared Zod pardoned, and made him the Kandorians' military on New Krypton, with Ursa and Non by his side. They attended a military parade celebrating the birth of New Krypton.
