History

(A Date With Judy #27) - Vic bought Nancy a friendship ring, and she was impressed, asking if it cost a lot of money. He said he was going to spend big, but decided to buy the ring at the 5 and 10 in case they had an argument and she refused to give it back.

(Action Comics I #228) - Vic visited his friend Bill in the hospital, and after seeing his attractive nurse thought he'd probably milk his injury to stay longer.

(Action Comics I #229) - Vic met his pal Willie and asked if he was still fighting with his girlfriend. Willie said they'd stopped fighting because his girlfriend moved away.

(Action Comics I #254) - Vic got bored waiting for his date to get ready, and when she asked him if she’d kept waiting too long he told her he’d counted all 10,421 roses on her wallpaper.

(Challengers of the Unknown I #7) - Vic put away his lawn tools and was happy that he had no more work to do until the next spring. He forgot about all the shoveling he had to for his mother during winter.
