VOICE-OVER

Real Name: Andrew P. Greenwald

Class: Human hero

Occupation: Adventurer

Group Affiliation: Hero Hotline

Known Relatives: None

Aliases: None

Base of Operations: Mobile

First Appearance: Action Comics #637(January, 1988)

Powers: Voice-Over could throw his voice as well as imitate any sound he hears. He sometimes used a microphone and palm-held loudspeaker to amplify his voice to a devastating pitch, capable of stunning an opponent.

History: (Hero Hotline #1-6)-Andrew was always in need of extra money, so he decided to use his talents to become the hero Voice-Over, and began working for Hero Hotline. He also figured that being a super-hero would give him the opportunity to pick up women. In an attempt to get a second paycheck he introduced his thrown voice “Fred” as an invisible, intangible super-hero. No one at Hero Hotline’s buying it, though. During his tenure at Hero Hotline his big moment came when he defeated the diabolical Snafu, who was wrecking havoc at the Stock Exchange, but he also aided the team from being taken apart by the Calculator.
