History: (Green Lantern I #18) - Watt thought the big Hale-Yarvard football game would be a great place to ask his questions. He stopped the fans from entering, and asked them how college helped the cultural growth of the individual. His questions came to an end when the fans stampeded him so they wouldn't be late for the game.
(Flash Comics #89) - Watt was at a dude ranch to get human interest stories for The Clarion-Call. Old Pop McWeasel said he could tell Watt about the health benefits of the ranch, saying he couldn’t walk or talk when he first arrived there. Watt wondered what healing properties the ranch had and asked McWeasel when he came to the ranch, but it turned out the old man was born there.
