Powers: Windfall could create or control air currents. She could simulate flight by gliding on air currents.History: Windfall's background is shrouded in mystery, and she preferred it that way. As a member of the Masters of Disasters she fought the Outsiders, but didn't show the same killer instinct as her teammates. She forged a friendship with the Outsider Halo and switched sides from evil to good. As a member of the Outsiders she started attending high school and moved in with Halo and Katana.
