History:
(Catwoman II #46, 47) - Alley-Cat showed up at Zee's house, and Catwoman tied up her imitator, not trusting her. She-Cat had a first edition of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde owned by Robert Louis Stevenson, and was looking for a buyer. Catwoman didn't like the idea of Zee doing business with her, but Alley-Cat pleaded, and Catwoman allowed Zee to look for a buyer as long as she took half the cut. Zee's man Starkey had a potential buyer, and Alley-Cat and Catwoman provided protection. The buyer turned out to be Two-Face, and when he failed to steal the book he set Starkey's bootleg whiskey ablaze before fleeing. Catwoman told Zee the deal was off, but Alley-Cat said the book belonged to her and attacked her. Zee protested as their scrap destroyed his precious objects d'art, and told Alley-Cat he wasn't doing business with her anymore.
(Catwoman II #48) - Zee presented Catwoman with a real challenge, infiltrating the terrorist organization S.P.I.D.E.R. in the Riviera and absconding with their riches. Zee reminded her she owed him for destroying her valuables, and she figured she could get away from Gotham for a while to keep her mind off Moreland.
(Catwoman II #50) - Catwoman startled Zee by slipping into his house, causing him to shatter a recently acquired Ming vase. She asked him to have Clutterbuck design her a battlesuit so she could go toe-to-toe with Cyber-Cat. Zee was with his new girlfriend Ulrika, who was already sick of hearing him talk about Catwoman. She picked up her diminutive lover and told Catwoman to scram, because she was about to treat Zee to a bubble bath, one of his favorite ways to relax.
(Catwoman II #58) - Zee started getting his mansion in order after the cataclysmic earthquake that rocked Gotham, but was ambushed by Scarecrow. Scarecrow held a gun on him, ands forced him to make some calls to lure in Catwoman, who Scarecrow wanted to test a new fear toxin. Scarecrow got the drop on Catwoman, and the new toxin was effective enough to force her retreat.
