Hanson is made up of three young brothers with tons of musical talent. They were semi-famous in their home town of Tulsa, Oklahoma until their hit single, "MMMBop" debuted in March '97 and made them world famous.
The brothers, Zac (13), Taylor (16) and Issac (18) are and always have been homeschooled. They have three younger sisters (Jessica, Avery and Zoe) and a little brother (Mackenzie)
In 1996 the whole hanson family moved to L.A. so the boys could begin working on their first album under the Mercury record label.
The brothers started singing together as a group at the ages of 6, 9 and 11 singing acappella. They later learned to play insruments and began performing as a group at various local events, sometimes having to play OUTSIDE of the bars they were hired at because they were underage.
