LETTER TO THE BOARD
Dear Board of Directors,
You have been elected by the Arica Institute membership to proceed in the most delicate part of the historical life of our School. This is so because in the next year Arica will be presented in full to the general public worldwide. It will consist of the three major and final accomplishments for the School, related to the presentation of the first public work of the Arica theory in a book authored by me. Following this accomplishment we will present a completely restructured form of presentation and distribution of Arica trainings, scientific techniques, and personal instructions at various levels for the general public, professionals, and academic institutions. This material is designed to produce the most enthusiastic reception for the Arica news toward enlightenment and Humanity?One. I can assure you that it will be an explosive event of enthusiasm toward the Arica work. This will attract a phenomenal amount of social energy in terms of actual money as well as human work and dedication. At that point Arica will be able to produce an ordered flow of information and assimilation of people in our School, which will acquire gigantic proportions.
The most significant outcome of the book is that it will catapult Arica into the attention of the world. I will also prepare, at the same time, the trainings which will be adapted for producing public acceptance that will make the School immensely popular, prestigious, and resourceful
All this most important and delicate historical process will be in your hands, and since you have been elected, by a direct line of the School, you must feel the mantle of Archangel Gabriel upon you, which means the Divine Mind of Essential Will acting within inexorable certitude towards the accomplishment of the School as the transcendental tool for achieving the special goal of Humanity?One. This great responsibility is upon you. From the beginning, the Board has to take all this into consideration.
There is still a short period of time that the School will be living off its very limited resources; however, it will still be necessary to raise funds to finance the Institute's basic operations, for consolidation, and to honor our commitments. During this very last period of internal tranquility we have to dedicate ourselves entirely to complete the Telegnostic Meditations, so the School acquires the eighth Bhumi known in the Buddhist tradition as Acala a Immovable, or the Third Holy, known as Non?returner, and this equals our Sixth Divine Gnosis under the title of the First Arica Holy or the Telegnostic Degree…..

The School has now attained the Higher States of Contemplation of a perfectly structured realization through meditations based on hilosophical maturity, and on an analysis that has provided the School with tools related to ancient traditions and to the Perennial Philosophy of the world. The School's philosophy organizes and explains our contemporary scientific knowledge in such a way as to present a reliable theory that can provide a coherent praxis. This praxis is towards the actual attainment of the Ultimate States of Transcendence and the spiritual Truth of a harmonic universe unified by the Divine Spirit of which the most perfect fruit are human beings capable of total spirituality in a cultural environment and as a social reality….This is of enormous importance because, for the first time in our Western tradition, a School and a theory are presented in a way that acts on and apprehends the nature of unchangeable realities, which are based on ultimate foundational principles…. The process of the School has been completed by the attainment of the State of Divine Transcendence with the final trainings of the Line of the Arica School. This attainment makes the School a reality that has produced a perfect path toward enlightenment in our world at the beginning of the 21st century.
