5) REAL ARICA INSTITUTE NEWS

Arica institute has not been putting out a lot of information in recent times - aside of course from the traditional October soup recipes. There are probably good reasons for this, but we at TON thought our readership deserved a little more during Arica's "slack" period. So, we offer the news within the news - completely unofficially of course.

The Real Arica Institute News - October 31, 1998

Dear Member:

We hope you got our recent 24 September 1998 fund appeal. Things are pretty desperate. And funds have not been pouring in. So reach deep into your pockets and think about the eighth line from the bottom: "In the future the day will come when we will no longer have to depend on so few to support our mission and fundraising may be a necessity of the past." We had quite a good laugh about it too.

You must be wondering why an institution that gets most of its annual budget from membership dues due in July is already in a money panic before the end of September? Well, it's simple, membership and contributions are way down and since we didn't want to say anything about it, we just decided to print soup recipes instead of institute facts.

Then we have to consider the payments to Oscar. As you know, we have been alluding to the financial relationship between Oscar and Arica and relevant IRS considerations for over a year now without giving you any real idea of what is going on in that area.

And you also know that we have been trying to define such a relationship since 1971 but it has proven extremely complicated to complete. Remember former Board member Chris Ogle (dismissed for a letter to Doughty) always maintained that Aricans have de facto approved all payments to Oscar. That means you approve them even though you have no idea what they are or what they are for. Certainly your attitude is appreciated by the Inner Circle.

But here's the problem. There is almost no income from sales of books, internal trainings etc. Only a few of those eligible have purchased the higher degrees of enlightenment packages even though they are at the top of humanity which is puzzling. There are virtually no new members to start climbing up the ladder of enlightenment payments. The latest trainings, the Trifix, Autodiag etc have been a total flop. There are only a few trainings scheduled. Even fewer take place. Trainers were called robots, there were many walk outs and, through word of mouth, demand vanished. Now, when a training is held, the average number of non-Aricans is about 3 or 4. The trainings are absolutely totally unattractive to the general public. We don't yet understand what's wrong with these people. What are they waiting for? There have even been many reports that long-term Aricans have no idea what Trifix is all about. This is completely unacceptable.

And since there is no book and no tour and Oscar isn't getting so many private donations any more, he needs to generate some more income. Although he lives modestly in his $600,000 Hawaiian hideaway, he still has expenses. The way we have helped is simple. Oscar has revised our brochure and a bunch of trainings. Never mind that there is absolutely no demand to purchase the trainings, nor for that matter were the changes needed. Need for the brochure is arguable. In any case significant costs savings would have been achieved by farming out production. This was of course not done so as to allow Oscar to generate enough money for his needs. But unfortunately, we haven't been getting that much coming in, so we owe him quite a lot. Still we expect to recuperate from sales at least 10% of the billed expenses, so that's pretty good. Remember we have to keep things moving so Oscar will be able to collect his full fee for appearing at Hawaii III.

Plus we have the IRS problem. The relationships between Arica Institute and Arica Hawaii and the Oscar Ichazo Company and Velocity Training Inc and Oscar and Sarah and a few others have never been explained to "ordinary" members of the "School". They probably won't be either.

Did you ever wonder why the ADU report never mentions how many people attend ADUs? That's right. You got it. But, how about some GOOD NEWS for a welcome change?

We have witnessed a period of incredible expansion and growth in the course of fulfilling our blessed purpose to which we are all committed, the dissemination of the work of Oscar, the Arica theory and method, to the whole of humanity." More good news. Lots of responses to Pcal in London. As Nancy say's, it's the best in the whole wide world. Well maybe, but what was really great was that in the Sunday Times article, Arica was not even mentioned! Far out, eh?

Oh by the way. There are still some members who have not yet offered the energy of their transcendence of their individuality to the Arica Hive. As winter is now approaching, we urge you to do so immediately, as soon as you have sent off a check.

6) SCIENCE AND MEDICAL NEWS

Editor's note: Aricans have not submitted any explanations of Arica science (western empirical science is meant here) or doctrine. So a series of Qs, based on Oscar's statements on the atmosphere, black holes, the big bang, quantum physics, gravity, planet formation and a few other points are being submitted to some top scientists in the relevant fields. Responses will be collected, edited and then a paper will be published on the web in line with what was said in the editorial.

A) Hard Science

1) "That is, there is no 'Big Bang' to be found, only a 'smooth explosion', an oxymoron if there ever was one, which will make history like discovering a dry monsoon or an absolutely calm hurricane. They should ask the chemists what an explosion is and if there is something smooth about it." OI, tA Spring 1990

2) Three Conflicting views of Science: the Oscar Ichazo view, the Oscar Ichazo view, and the Oscar Ichazo view:

a) "The Arica theory is based upon a strict logic which allows us to approach the human psyche with a concrete scientific method grounded in ontology and philosophical history". Oscar Ichazo, tA Reunion, 1990

b) Mary Ellen Klee: Do we (Arica) really have adequately reliable and provable results based on scientific principles? Oscar Ichazo: In fact the word science becomes problematic because I am employing the term in the Aristotelic sense which he gave to the word 'episteme', translated as science (L.sciencia), but it also implies the notion of knowledge. …in the last century there arose a need to have a different wording for the knowledge acquired by modern experiential science. For this purpose it was proposed that the word episteme should imply knowledge, obtained by the means of experience, pretty much in the same sense that Aristotle used it and to use the word gnosis to imply intuitive knowledge……In the case of Arica, what we are really implying by the use of the word 'gnosiology' in a doctrine of knowledge or 'gnoses' that can be pondered and evaluated. Thus for the first time, in Arica, we mean a real 'science of gnoses' with a theory supported by a praxis or actual experience. In the ASSC we are changing the word 'science' to the word 'doctrine' in its philosophical acceptance."

c) "The Autumn 1996 edition [of the Arican] presents a fresh, in-depth review of the Arica Protoanalytical theory, system and method proposing answers to the problems of Western philosophy, theology, and science." Arica ADU Report December 1997, referring to an Ichazo exposition.

Well, that clears it all up! [Make way for the Nobel Prize.]

B) Medical News

"…protoanalysis is a proposition for a new theory of the psyche, a theory for self-realization, and also a theory for curing psychic and physical illness, with enormous precision in diagnosis and precision in treatment leading to cure." Oscar Ichazo, Between Metaphysics and Protoanalysis, p 65.

So why hasn't this wonderful knowledge been used to help dying Aricans like my dear friend Linda Cross? Why not? Such false promises in the face of such suffering are frankly sick.

7) THREE AWESOME VIEWS OF REALITY

a) Recently Kim Jong Il of North Korea, presided over a ceremony where his father, Kim Il Sung, who died in 1994, was appointed Eternal President. The official KCNA (North Korean News Agency) described the move as "…a historic event and a great jubilee of the nation, which gives a definite guarantee for certain victory in the revolutionary struggle of the Korean people". Autumn 1998

b) "The Velocity Training has such Great Power that it will change the global culture and civilization, because the new paradigmatic worldview presented by Arica is based on a holistic logic that will explain and unify the structure of all processes of the individual, society and the Universe. ...this new and powerful work will be available to everyone, as Ichazo begins a world tour in 1997". c) "He (Russian Prime Minister Yevgeni Primakov) has pledged to start paying both present wages and back wages to state employees and the military, to collect more taxes, to improve management of the 40,000 enterprises in which the government holds a stake, to satisfy foreign debtors hurt in August by default and also to deal with the consequences of the devaluation of the Ruble." Did you notice the remarkable similarity between these world-views?

8) OVER AT BOB THE ARCHANGEL'S RADIATOR REPAIR SHOP

Once when Bob wasn't ministering to angels or fixing radiators, we made up a contest. We called this contest the Arica First Pristine Enlightenment Buddhahood Contest. Open only to members of Humanity One's tm sine qua non Savior and Universal Religion Cult, Arica. Bob placed this restriction on contestants based on the following Oscar Ichazo Statement from the 1989 Spring-Summer Arican: "…because we are at the top of the Arica system. Working the Telesmatta of Truth…in order to acquire Teleonesis (pristine enlightenment) in the awakened state means we are at the top of human achievement. Although Teleonesis is now Theosis, Bob thought that nine years on would be a good moment to see Arica Style Enlightenment ä demonstrated. We contacted some of the alleged (by a senior Arican official) 100 + enlightened Aricans and posed them the following simple question: Please demonstrate your Theosis or Teleonosis as the case may be. Of the many responses, we winnowed them down to the following candidates:

Our First contestant:

"I [sic] my definition of "Arican," Mevlana Jelal u'ddin Rumi was Arican,as was Ibn El Arabi, Prince Siddhartha/Gautama... the list goes on and on... and they weren't even physically alive in this century. Perhaps you can clean your charge with your family/childhood. And, Ooooh, check out your own religious "divisiveness," with your blanket criticism of those you call your "fellow Aricans", many of whom are much more advanced than you are, from actually "doing the work." I have never heard the lewd expression "The masses are asses", which you so proudly refer to (so clever!). I found your reference to be spiritually pornographic. Though the point is well taken, regarding your extreme sensitivity and clearly unprocessed karma in the Domain of Power and Authority (hierarchies), your own rants, often divisive and alienated, just display the fact that someone who did "just a little Arica work, a long time ago" is certainly not immune to *appearing like* an "Ass" himself. ( I did say "appearing like" , not actually calling you any name...... try to get out of 6k,.... don't be so mad) You have seen my "rants" also. We are one."

Our second contestant

"How often have you volunteered to work for Arica institute? Do you regularly contribute financially to the successful continuation of Arica institute, while living out there in the luxury of Hawaii? Are you a supporting or contributing member ? Many of us have no money, cars, or properties, yet we still contribute regularly to the financial support of this mission and the institute !

It is easy to criticize the management of the institute, when speaking from a condition of ignorance. (nothing personal...this is about your ego, not your true nature) The Institute happens to be managed in the BEST POSSIBLE WAY, given the unprecedented difficulty of the specific tasks it has to accomplish. Why always in need of money? Well, all the materials produced are for the accurate presentation of Oscar's work to the world, at the highest MMP possible, and constantly being revised and updated by Oscar, as needed. Do you have any idea what it costs to produce a SMALL printing run of a large manual with VERY detailed illustrations and Mandalas, in the HIGHEST QUALITY available in our society? Look at our training manuals: they are so nearly perfect, totally clean and clear. Do you have any idea of the complexity of the inventory that Robert has to maintain and constantly ship worldwide, also keeping track of any changes, inserting new pages into all the stock, tracking every change across all the materials, for consistency? Occasionally, there are volunteers to help.

We are not presenting hamburgers, but the clearest possible method for evolving human beings ! There is no other corporation on the entire planet that has such a big responsibility in front of it ! And, doing it so well on such low salaries !

[Note the objective facts supporting this humble statement. Yet progress is indeed being made. Since the statement was made, the last officially paid Arica employee was dismissed.]

Yes, what you say is true: Arica requires success out there in the world. If that is not just talk, if you really want to help, PLEASE read the July ADU Report (Arica Day of Unity) , about the new free introduction to Arica prepared by Oscar, and his appeal to all Aricans in every community to really get behind this effort, some as presenters, most as supporters/facilitators....working with your local Arica sponsors.

Both of these "men" are clearly Ultra High Theosis-Teleonisis candidates in the Arica Tradition. Pristine enlightenment hardly seems to do justice to these amazing beings. Certainly they could aspire to Arica Divine Human Prototype status had they not already surrendered their individuality.

9) WONDERS OF THE WEB and HUBBLE
