Amos and Julianna Engles Piatt
John Amos Piatt was born on January 15, 1770, in New Jersey (or Pennsylvania or Virginia or France). Some say his father was John Pyott. Amos died on June 13, 1848, in Dotysburg, Pennsylvania. He married in about 1806 Julianna Engels of Maryland. Julianna was born on March 11, 1786, in Frederick, Frederick County, Maryland to Peter Engles Jr and Anna Maria Faw. She was christened on March 23, 1786, in Reformed Church, Frederick County, Maryland. She died on February 18, 1869, in Dotysburg, Pennsylvania.
