Census Link Page

Any occurrance of Pyeatt/etc which we have found on census records, or which have been provided to us, will be abstracted on the corresponding census page. I hope to eventually have every occurrance of Pyeatt/etc. abstracted here for every state. However, for years where no indices exist, 1880-1920, it is necessary to use the soundex for each state which can be time-consuming.

Each Federal census asked different information of the population and became more detailed in later years. 1850 was the first census to enumerate each person in the household by name. 1880 was the first census to inquire as to the subjects parent's birthplace. These abstracts will be incomplete and may contain errors and therefore must be used only as an aid to find the original entry.
