Previous Researches

Since 1989 the Centre for Social Research (CSR) has conducted several survey studies in various regions of Kyrgyzstan. The special focus of the research activity of the Centre has been the issue of the inter-ethnic relations and political development. The CSR has been a leading research organisation in the republic, which provided comrehensive studies of the Osh conflict (1991). Among others the following studies were conducted independently or in collaboration with other research centres in Kyrgyzstan:
