ANOTHER FRIEND'S POEM
Friend's are friends cause that's who they are
They tolerate, twist and unscrew me, like the lid of a jar
They bend and flex and stretch to the seam
Keeping close watch when l go to the extreme
They whisper, they yell and talk with finesse
Always patient when l'm not at my best
They cuddle and squeeze, embracing my need
Holding my hand whenever l plead
They seem to just know, then they're around
Til restoring my spirit up from the ground
So remember these things, this is not a test
You are my FRIEND, one of the best
