I met Dave online while visiting a chatroom called "Looney Bin Over 40". While I wasn't over 40 my ancient husband was and he had found the room shortly after we began exploring the Internet. I hadn't found a chatroom which I cared for and after my husband told me about the Looney Bin, I went in for a look. I instantly felt comfortable by the warmth of the welcome I received. I went on to meet many nice people through the room and maintain my online friendships with many of them.
Dave was the creator of the Looney Bin and we've chatted with each other many hours. He mentioned one night that he had written a new poem and so I asked for him to email me a copy. I have received many poems from him since and enjoyed them. I asked Dave if he had ever considered making a web site for his poetry and he responded by saying that he hadn't and didin't intend to. He gave me permission to enclude them with my site when I put mine up.
Dabblez is a screen name, one of many he has, that Dave has used when writting his poetry. Each of the poems featured here are original poems written by him though the names appear different. Each are copywrited by him and I ask that you respect the copywrite and request permission before useing them for any purpose. I will provide an Email link at the bottom of the page to me, at Dave's request, and will forward the requests to him.
The below poem is the theme I decided to use when constructing the pages for Dave's poems. To view the various poems, links to each are provided and they may be viewed by clicking on the poems title. These are located immediatly below the poem "DABBLEZ". My thanks to Dave for allowing me to share his poetry with the rest of the world.
THANKS DAVE :-)
