"Visions of Clout"

Can we soar with eagles, can spirits fly

Do wings unfold to carry us high in the sky

Are our visions beyond us as we gaze in the night

Wondering how many stars shine burning so bright

Do we see our tomorrow's as we sit down and dream

Looking through shadows to see what they mean

Can the sun's glorious rays brighten our day

As we seek to understanding to show us the way

All things are made possible or so I've been told

Through faith in our Father, his wonders unfold

Great things he has shown us written in stone

Through "Jesus", his Son who died all alone

This wonder is greater as time drifts along

To show and prepare us where we all belong

Mercy and grace are the keys to his gate

Love and forgiveness gives us a clean slate

So wonder and dream but never cast doubt

For God's our true "Visa" and carries the clout
