Summary of life so far: Named after Capt Jean-Luc Picard Second born son of Q and his wife against fathers wishes but with understanding of his fansination with starfleet his father gives his blessings to his young son to joinstarfleet. Picard , Q has vowed to give up his Q powers to act human and to maintain his carrer in starfleet. Q family members periodicly pop in for a visit and disunderstanding of his non use of powers, but for his love of humanity and starfleet he is determend to not use his powers unless totally needed to save ship and her crew.
