Ingredients
2 Cups Water
1 Pk powered Pectin (1 3/4 oz)
4 Cups Sugar
1/4 Cup Fresh chives, finely chopped
1/4 Cup fresh thyme leaves, finely
chopped
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves, finely
chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, finely
chopped
1/4 cup fresh tarragon leaves, finely
chopped
Directions
In large saucepan, stir together water,
lemon juice and powdered pectin. Heat
to high and bring to boil, stirring
constantly.
Add sugar and herbs. Bring to full boil
for 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Skim foam from top and discard. Pour
mixture into jars and seal
