Ingredients
24 Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and
quartered
1 small onion, diced
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 TBS olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 Bay leaf
1 TBS fresh basil, chopped
2 TBS fresh oregano, chopped
Directions
Puree tomatoes in food processor until
smooth
In large sauce pan, over medium heat,
saute the onion and garlic in olive oil
until onions are transparent. Add the
tomato puree and rest of
ingredients.
Mix together. Lower heat and simmer
aprroximately 1 hour.
