Baked Acorn
Squash

Ingredients
4 Medium Acorn Squash
8 TBS butter or margarine
16 tsp Honey
Fresh ground pepper to season
Directions
Slice Squash in half crosswise and scoop
out the pulp and seeds. Trim the
bottoms.
Place 2 tsp of honey into the hollow of
each squash, then add 1 TBS butter or
margarine and pepper to taste.
Place squash in large, shallow pan and
bake uncovered at 350F for 2 1/2 hours,
or until squash is tender.
