Fall is one of my favorite seasons.
There is so much to do outside with the weather so nice.
So, we are planning a trip to the Pumpkin Patch for this month.
We went on this field trip last year and it has been
the most asked for to go on again.
Be sure to see the flyer at the end of the newsletter.

Things have been pretty hectic at my house
for the past week or so. I have not had the chance
to work on the newsletter. I apologize for the delay.

MOM'S NIGHT OUT

October 19^th

7:00 p.m.

At the home of Alma Joy McCann

483 Mt. Union Rd.

Go 167 south. Pass Georgia Pacific.

Turn left at the Exxon Station.

Go around a few sharp curves.

Two story white house on the right.

This is a time for the mom's to get together
and share ideas, and any other suggestions that could help
us get through the day. We can all relate to the struggles
we sometimes face with homeschooling.
Don't miss it!

Quik Cooking

Souped Up Rice

1 can favorite soup
½ can water
3/4 (soup) can instant rice

Heat soup and water in saucepan.
Turn off heat. Add rice and cover
until rice is tender.

Italian Sandwiches

Soften butter and add a sprinkle
of Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Mix together.

Spread butter mixture on bread.
Add Mozzarella cheese slice or American
cheese between slices of bread
and toast on heated griddle.
Cut in half.
