New Years dreams of you and me sipping champagne for two.
You make me feel so warm inside with hope for my life. You make me come alive. The New Year is approaching, and I am wishing upon a shooting star, in my imagination. Wishing I could hold you next to me this coming New Year's Eve, to kiss you sweetly under a Christmas Tree, as the soft flickering lights heighten our passion more this year, than ever before. I want you to be near as we make a new cheer for us to be lovers forevermore. I want to be at your side as we make our new resolutions: to always be loving to one another and never part from each other. All you have to do is just be there, and I will promise you to fulfill your every desire, with a fire rekindled for sure. Tonight there is a light within me, inspired by a sweetheart that was for me from the start, which I ignored. But now I have turned around and took a look at what I was turning down. I love what I see, and what I see is you. Happy New Year Dear. I hope you will be blessed, and hoping you will be here. The fireworks are waiting, anticipating the nearness of you.
