What you will need to do this tutorial:
Some knowledge of PSP tools
1. PSP 6 or 7
2. Alf's FX Border
3. Dragon Fly's Sinedot Plug In
SETTINGS:
4. Draw an oval shape on your transparent image starting at 30x15 and ending on 381X299.
SETTINGS:
9. Go to Effects>Plugins>DragonFly>Sinedot
Select the setting Turbulence on the Inverse Option there is no check mark. Click OK. (You may do this step once but in my tag above I applied it twice.)
SETTINGS:
11. Click on the inside of frame to get marching ants.
SETTINGS:
18. You can add tubes or anything at this time to your image. I enclosed the rose tube I used. Have no idea who made it but if you know could please let me know so I can give them full credit.
SETTINGS:
25. Go to Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.

This is absolutely a lot of fun. I like using the DragonFly's Sinedot Plug In and Alf's Border FX. Hope you have as much fun as I did creating this tutorial

Click on Photoshop, then Sinedots on the right side of the menu to go to the download page (this is the original Sinedots)
4. The tubes I have used in this tutorial you can download here:
1. Open a 400 x 400 transparent image.
2. In your style boxes on the left please set the top one to solid color white and the second one to null.
3. Click on your preset shape tool:
Ellipse
Antialias Checked
Line Width 25
5. Go to Selections>Select All
6. Go to Selections>Float
7. Flood fill your image with a color to match your graphic I used HTML code #CEAEC1.
8. Go to Effects>Plugins>ALF'S Border FX>Border Fade 1
Width 112
Intensity 72
Darken/Lighten 89
Click ok
click on the ok button
10. Click on Magic Wand Tool
Match Mode RGB Value
Tolerance 0
Feather 0
Sample merge NO check mark
12. Go Selections>Modify>Expand>type in 3 click OK
13. Go to Layers>New Rastar>Click OK
14. Get your graphic you have chosen or the one attached. Go to Edit Copy. Click on your working image Go to Edit>Paste Into Selection.
15. Go to Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom
16. Go to Selections>Float
17. Go to Effects>3d Effects>Cut Out
Vertical & Horizontal 10
Opacity 50
Blur 25
Shadow Color Black
Click OK
Do this again only this time change your Vertical & Horizontal to minus-10. Deselect.
19. Go to Layers>Merge>Visible
20. With the Magic Wand same settings as before click around the outside of your frame.
21. Go to Selections>Invert
22. Go to Image>Crop To Selection
23. Go to Layers>Merge>Flatten
24. Go to Image>Resize
Pixel Size checked
No number larger than 300
Make sure both boxes at the bottom are checked.
Click OK.
