1. Open a 400x400 Transparent Image
Bevel Width 20
5. Kill your ants Selections>Select None
On all the tubes except for the chalk board use these Settings:
16. Apply the flag holder tube and place it right over the bottom of the pole for the flag.
Settings:
32. The last tube you will add is the sign with "I Pledge Allegiance To The Flag, One Nation Under God. Place this tube like the others.

In writing this tutorial and if you have done any of my previous tutorials you know I use a lot of plug ins and have used the Krusty's Plug In before. This tutorial is to help you use more things in Krusty's plug in. I love this plug in it has all kinds of possibilities and I hope it becomes one of your favorites also.
2. The tubes and backgrounds I used for this tutorial please unzip and have open in PSP. Most of the tubes used in this tutorial were created by Kalamity Kat whom has given me permisson to use her tubes. All that she asks is that you leave her name in place on the tube and not change them. Thank You.
3. Krusty's Volumn II
Download and unzip to your Plug In Folder.
4. Font DesignDings2 download and unzip to your font folder.
6. Eye Candy 3.0
2. Click on the Font tool when pop up box appears select DesignDings2. Solid Color White. Size 275. Use the small letter "O" on your keyboard to get the frame I have used. Click on Ok. I have also included this font as a tube if you would like to use it. Apply it to the working image like you would any other tubes. Look at steps 6 and 7 below.
3. Go to Effects>Plug Ins>Krustys FX Volume 1.0>Pattern Generator Q Flower 2. Click Ok.
4. Go to Effects>Plug Ins>Eye 3.0>Inner Bevel:
Bevel Shape Rounded
Smoothness 5
Shadow Depth 50
Highlight Brightness 80
Highlight Sharpness 40
Direction 135
Inclination 45
Click On The Check Mark
6. Click on your Desk 1 tube go to Edit>Copy.
7. Click on the working image go to Edit>Paste As A New Layer.
8. Click on Desk 2 tube and repeat steps 6 and 7.
9. Open your Girl 1 and 2 tubes and repeat steps 6 and 7. Make sure you place the girls at the desk like in the tag above.
10. Go to the layer palette and move layer 4 and 5 under layer 2. Both girls should be behind their desks.
11. Go back to the layer palette and make sure the top layer is highlighted. Open the Flag tube and apply it as in steps 6 and 7.
12. Open the chalk board tube apply as in steps 6 and 7.
13. Go to the layer Palette and move this Layer below Layer 1 so it is under the frame.
14. Now the teacher tube is half a person now the reason I used this tube was because it was the appearance was more like a teacher. If you place this tube just right behind the girl you will notice you can't tell it is only half of her. So apply this tube like the others and move it directly where it is in the above tag. If you have a better teacher please feel free to use her.
15. You probably have noticed we haven't added a drop shadow anywhere on the tag yet that is what we are going to do now. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow:
Vertical & Horizontal 2
Opacity 50
Blur 2
Color Black
Click Ok
17. Open SW Book Tube and apply it to the working image move it in front of the first little girl under her desk.
18. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow use the settings in 15.
19. Open the background in zip file KK LGEgold.jpg.
20. Now this was the easiest way for me to do this to get the effect I wanted on the tag. We are going to add the background to the class room. Go to Layer Palette and highlight Layer 1.
21. With the Magic Wand click on the outside of the frame area there will be marching ants everywhere on the frame.
22. Go to Selections>Invert.
23. In the top Color Palette Style box choose the pattern and when the pop up box appears select the background for this tag.
24. Go to Layers>Add New Rastar Layer>Click Ok.
25. Go to Layer Palette and move this layer below the bottom layer in the layer pallette.
26. Flood Fill the Marching Ants. There will a background behind the main frame and also in the curly parts of the frame. I didn't like it in the curly parts so this is what I did.
27. Click on Lasso Tool (Rope) Draw around the entire curly on the upper left side.
28. With the ants marching around the entire area of the curly click on the Delete Key on your keyboard. The background should be gone.
29. Kill the ants Selections>Select None.
30. Repeat Steps 27 through 29 on the other 3 curly corners. So it is transparent in those sections at this point.
31. This step is entirely up to you if you want to do it or not. I didn't like the plain on the background so this is what I did. Go To Effects>Effects>Blinds.
Width 3
Opacity 15
Color Black
Light from left/top checked only
Click Ok
33. Go to Layers>Merge>Visible.
34. With the Magic Wand click on the outside of the frame.
35. Go to Selections>Invert.
36. Go to Image>Crop To Selection
37. Go to Image>Resize make sure percentage of pixel is checked no number in either box should be larger than 300 this is the size I use. Make sure Resize All Layers and Maintain Aspect Ration both have check marks. Click Ok.
38. Go to Layers>Merge>All Flatten
39. Add anything else you would like to at this time. More tubes but be creative with it.
