What you will need to do this tutorial:

1. PSP 7
Let's Get Started
1. Open up your graphic you have chosen.
Vertical & Horizontal 0
9. Go to Layers>New Rastar Layer click ok.
Direction 135
15. Go to Layers>Merge>Flatten All.
Vertical & Horizontal 2
Repeat this process changing the vertical and horizontal to minus -2.
30. Go to Effects>Blur>Gaussian Blur Radius type in 4.0 click Ok.
Vertical & Horizontal 2
Please repeat this process and change the Vertical & Horizontal to minus -2.
38. Go to Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
Vertical & Horizontal 5
54. Go to Layers>Merge>All Flatten

Writing this tutorial brings fond memories back to me. I love to watch the Birds and Magnolias in the south. It is peaceful, quiet and serene. Hope you feel that way when you have finished your tag.
2. The tubes, graphic, and mask I used for this tutorial please unzip and have open in PSP.
3. Krusty's Volumn II
Download and unzip to your Plug In Folder.
4. Fantastic Machines Paint Engine
Please download and unzip to your Plug In folder.
5. Diz's Creamy Gold Preset For Blade Pro.
I included all of Diz's Creamy presets for Blade Pro in this zip. There are some great looking presets here.
6. Eye Candy 3.0
2. Make two duplicates of your graphic by holding down your shift key and depressing the letter D on your keyboard. Please minimize one of these graphics you will use it later. Close out your original graphic.
3. Make your Top Color Palette Null.
4. In your Background Color Palette select solid color type this number into your HTML code in the color palette. #AE8C67.
5. Go to Image>Add Borders: Symmetric checked type in 35 click ok.
6. Open your Beam Tube from above and go Edit>Copy.
7. Click on your working image and go to Edit>Paste As A New Layer. Move this to the right upper corner of your image.
8. Go to 3D Effects>Drop Shadow settings:
Opacity 100
Blur 20
Shadow Color White
Click Ok
10. In your top color palette select solid color white. Flood fill your image.
11. Go to Effects>Plug Ins. Select Krusty's FX Vol 2 Radial 3.
Below is a graphic of what you should have to apply this plug in.
12. Go to Masks>Load From Disk. Select the Oval.msk. I need to invert mine you might have to do that also. If you do go to Masks>Invert.
13. Go to Masks>Delete answer Yes to the pop up window.
14. Go to Effects>Eye Candy 3>Drop Shadow settings:
Distance 9
Blur 0
Opacity 100
Color Black
Click the Check Mark
16. In your background color palette please select solid color white.
17. Go to Image>Add Border>Symmetric Checked>Type in 10 Click Ok.
18. With your Magic Wand please select the white border area.
19. Go to Effects>Flaming Pear>Blade Pro select Creamy Gold Diz which is in the zip file above.
20. Go to Selections>Invert.
21. Go to Selections>Float.
22. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Cut Out settings:
Opacity 65
Blur 20
Color #FEFBE8
Click Ok
23. Go to Selections>Select None (Killing the marching ants).
24. Go to Image>Add Borders>Symmetric Checked type in 25 Click Ok.
26. Select this border with your magic wand.
27. Go to your top color palette and select Pattern and chose the graphic you had minimized. Scale 50 Angle 0. Click Ok
28. Flood Fill this border with the graphic pattern setting.
29. Go to Effects>Plug Ins>Fantastic Machine>Paint Engine. In the preset area in the middle at the bottom click on the little arrow and select Water Color 2 click Apply.
If you don't have that setting here is the settings I used:
31. Go Selections>Float
32. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Cut Out settings:
Opacity 65
Blur 20
Color Black
Click Ok
33. Go to Selections>Select None.
34. Go to Image>Add Borders Symmetric Checked type in 5 click ok.
35. Select the white border with your magic wand and apply the same blade pro preset you used in step 19.
36. Go to Selections>Select None
37. Go to Image>Resize settings:
Pixel Size Checked
Type in so no number is larger than 300 in either box.
Make sure at the bottom of the screen you have check marks in both boxes Resize All Layers & Maintain Aspect ration of:
Click Ok
39. Go to View>Normal Viewing
40. Open up the corner tube in the zip from above.
41. Click on the tube and go to Edit>Copy.
42. Click on your working image and go to Edit>Paste As A New Layer.
43. Move this tube the upper left hand corner of your frame.
44. Go to Layers>Duplicate
45. Go to Image>Mirror
46. Go to Layers>Duplicate
47. Go to Image>Flip
48. Go to Layers>Duplicate
49. Go to Image>Mirror.
50. Go to Image>Flip.
51. Go to the Layer Palette and close the bottom layer named merged. Close this layer by clicking on the eye glasses and getting a red X on that layer.
52. In the Layer palette click on the top layer to make it active. Go to Layers>Merge>Visible.
53. Go to 3D Effects>Drop Shadow settings:
Opacity 75
Blur 5
Color Black
Click Ok
