What you will need to do this tutorial:
1. Open 400x400 Transparent Image
SETTINGS:
4. Starting in the upper left hand corner of your transparent image draw a large heart to be your frame. SETTINGS:
8. Ants still marching go to Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel. Preset Soft Round. If you don't have this preset:

9. Go to Effects>Texture>Blinds:

10. Deselect your ants. Settings:
16. Deselect Your Ants. Settings:
24. Repeat step 23 except change your V & H to minus -10 click ok. Deselect Your Ants. Settings:
29. Add all the remaining tubes repeating steps 25 through 27.

I love anything Victorian which you can see I have kind of directed my tutorials to that phase in my life. I love the effect I received from that tutorial. I will be sharing it with you under the needs section.
Some knowledge of PSP tools
1. PSP 7
2. Zip File with all the tubes and picture I used in mine. Download and unzip to a folder where you know where to locate it.
3. Flaming Pear Melancholytran. This is a free demo version.
Let's Get Started
2. In your top style color box select solid color White. Bottom style color box set to null.
3. Click on the preset shape tool. (For those of you who don't have the heart preset shape I have put it in the zip file above as a tube so you can just skip this step and go to the next one.)

5. Go to Selections>Select All
6. Go to Selections>Float. You should have marching ants all around your heart shape
7. Go to Effects>Plug Ins>Flaming Pear>Melancholytron. (Note yours may be lighter or darker than mine you have to play with the settings. But remember use what you like).
Width 2
Opacity 44
Color Navy Blue html code # 000040
Light from the left/top checked only.
11. Click on Magic Wand and click between the space between your the two hearts.
12. Go to Selections>Modify>Expand>type in 1 click ok.
13. Add a new Rastar Layer.
14. Flood fill with color #444870 or a color of your choice.
15. Go to Effects>Texture>Weave
Gap Size 2
Width 3
Opacity 50
Weave & Gap color Black
Fill Gaps Check Mark
17. Go to your Layer Palette and highlight Layer 1. With the Magic Wand click in the middle of your heart. You should now have marching ants around the middle of your heart.
18. Go to Selections>Modify>Expand type in 2 and click ok.
19. Go to Layers>New Rastar>Click OK.
20. Click on your graphic you have chosen. Go to Edit>Copy.
21. Click on the working image go to Edit>Paste>Into Selection.
22. Go to Selection>Float
23. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Cut Out

Blur 15
Shadow Color Black
Click OK
25. Go to your layer palette and make sure you high light the layer on top.
26. Click on your tube you have chosen or in this case the Lady go to Edit>Copy.
27. Click on the working image Go to Edit>Paste>As A New Layer.
28. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal 5
Opacity 50
Blur 10
Color Black
Click OK
30. You should now have all your tubes applied where you want them including your Drop Shadows. Go to Layers>Merge>Visible.
31. With the Magic Wand click anywhere on the outside of your whole image.
32. Go to Selections>Invert.
33. Go to Image>Crop To Selection.
34. Go to Image>Resize make sure Pixel Size is checked and at the bottom Resize all layers should have a check mark. Make sure no number in those boxes is larger than 300 x 300.
35. Go to Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
36. Go to Layers>Merge>All Flatten.
