Final Fantasy VIII is awesome, the best graphics ever, besides most of Dreamcast's games graphics, it is the best. The graphics during the gameplay are realistic as can be as well. Not as smooth as Dreamcast, but very close. The sound is totally spectacular as well as the music. The play control is great also. Many areas of the world to explore, and like all the Final Fantasy games, or should I say, like all of SquareSoft's games, there is a lot of extra stuff and replay value. FFVIII is one of my favorite games of all time. And one of my favorite series as well. Many spells and summons and the works. One of the best RPG's ever created!

Not many things at all, but while you're playing this game, it won't even matter. The system is a little different. Instead of learning magic etc., you draw it from your enemies. You do not wear armor, you equip, or junction magic that you have drawn and have to certain slots, that the GF's enable, by learning skills such as: HP Junction(Opens the slot to HP), and so on. GF's gain levels as well, and get stronger, they also have their own HP. They learn different skills by AP you gain from beating enemies. You don't buy different weapons from shops, you have to go to get certain items, then go to Junk shop and have them change it. None of this is really bad, just different is all. But, in this Final Fantasy, there are only six characters to play from in this game. And whatever happened to having four characters in your party?!

Final Fantasy is a great game! One of the best RPG's ever, and also one of the best games ever! So, get FFVIII!
