FULL LEGAL REPRESENTATION VS. INFORMATION PROVIDER SERVICE My practice of law is of general nature. Full Legal Representation, absent extra-ordinary circumstances is limited to the counties of Hot Spring, Clark, Saline, Garland, and Grant ). If coming from out of town please request a map and driving instructions from the city limits to the office. The Information Provider service is limited to the states of Arkansas and Texas. Full Legal Representation is a conventional "attorney - client" relationship. This relationship is complete with legal privileges and confidences. This is the relationship created by the client and the lawyer in agreement for the lawyer to represent a "client" in a legal matter. The Information Provider service does not create an attorney - client relationship. There is no creation of legal attorney - client privilege nor confidence.
