Brian Littrell Facts

• 1) Brian was pantsed in front of his whole school in a production of Grease.

• 5) The first day of the Backstreet Boys, as they call it, was Tuesday, April 20, 1993 (The day they called Brian).
• 6) Brian worked in a hospital for the mentally ill and disabled people while he was a teenager.
• 7) Brian and Kevin used the same real estate agent when searching for their homes.
• 8) One of the scariest nightmares Brian can remember from childhood was one in which he fell out of a car window.
• 9) Brian had his first date when he was 12, his mother Jackie had this to say about it, 'Though he was young, he handled it with maturity above his years.'

• 35) When Brian was younger, he had a hole in his cardiac valve, and at about 5 years old, he got an infection, and because of his weak heart, he almost died. Brian had open heart surgery, and the doctors had already given up on him, and told his parents to be prepared for the worst!
• 36) The doctors told his parents to make funeral arrangements because Brian wasn't going to see his 6th birthday!
• 37) His worst date was when he was about to kiss the girl he was with, and fell right out of the chair that he was sitting on!

• 41) He puts in at least 2 hours of weight lifting everyday. He is probably the fittest out of the boys and likes to show this off when they perform on stage.

• 45) On the lonely nights that are spent on the bus, he sits up front and listens to music while watching the scenery go by.

• 49) He has a little scar at the bottom of his belly but only the guys and people he knows really well ever see it.
• 50) When the group is in a tour Brian & Nick go further down the bus, because they think there are the most comfortable bunks.

• 53) Before he gets on a plane, he kisses his fist and then taps the side of the plane. It's a good luck thing - if he didn't do it then the plane might crash.It's helped him til now so hopefully he'll be alright.
• 54) When he was little, he was scared of the dark and what was in the back corner of his closet.
• 55) He has nightmares about falling off building because he is scared of heights.
• 56) He considers himself to be a gentlemen and he thinks the key to being a gentlemen is to be entertaining and easy to talk to, to have a good head on your shoulders and a sorted outlook on life.
• 57) He likes to dress up and wear suits when he has the oppourtunity.
• 58) He is better at cooking breakfast - omelettes, toast - than he is at cooking dinner.
• 59) He thinks Pamela Anderson is beautiful and Sandra Bullock is very ladylike.
• 60) He skipped school once to go swimming in a friends pool and he got caught.
• 61) For his tenth or eleventh birthday party, his parents hired out a roller rink and invited 30 of his friends and they skated all afternoon.
• 62) He did a CPR (first aid and resuscitation) class once.
• 63) He sometimes talks in his sleep (according to Nick).
• 64) He's never cheated on a girl.
• 65) He thinks that all the Backstreet Boys are equally talented.
• 66) He often dreams about being up on stage and forgetting the words to a song - he has a big fear about really doing that.
• 67) He doesn't feel famous. He says, 'I'm still Brian Littrell from Florida who used to get told off at school for singing in class. Sometimes when we're on stage I think, 'Wow, look at me!', but that's it.'
• 68) When he gets homesick on tour, he has been known to shed a tear or two when things get on top of him.
• 69) After a show, Brian will either chill out alone in his room or go out with a load of people, depending how tired he is and what sort of mood he's in.
• 70) He likes to make people laugh and sometimes he'll just throw himself on the floor and roll around in fits of laughter. 'I like to make people laugh by pulling funny faces or tripping and falling over.'
• 71) His niece is scared of him because she saw him in the Backstreet's Back video as the wearwolf.
