Mary Ann "Polly" Hudson, 1810-1888/93
Nathan Leonard BELLAH was born abt 1805 in Smith County, Tennessee. It is believed that his father was Leonard BELLAH, mother unknown. Nathan married Mary Ann "Polly" HUDSON in 1826 in Smith County, Tennessee. Polly, daughter of Edward and Mary WHEAT HUDSON, was born 1810 in Smith County, Tennessee and died abt 1889 in Randolph County, Arkansas.
Nathan's burial site is unknown, but Polly is believed to be buried in Upshaw Cemetery in Randolph County, Arkansas, where her parents are buried.
Nathan and Polly had the following children:

2. Edward Hudson BELLAH, APR 1829-13 JAN 1909
3. Mahala BELLAH PULLIAM, 4 APR 1833-30 OCT 1923

1 female of twenty and under thirty
Nathan Bellah listed in Arkansas Tax List for years 1828, 1830, 1831 in Davidson Township, and 1832, 1834, 1835, 1836, 1837 in Union Township, all in Lawrence County, Arkansas. He is not listed in the 1840 Federal Census.
In the 1850 Randolph County, Arkansas census, it shows Mary Bellah as the head of the household. It is assumed that Nathan had died by this time.
