William Othel BROOKS, second child and son of John Wesley and Ora Henrietta MCDOWELL BROOKS, was born 4 OCT 1911 in Ripley County, Missouri and died 31 AUG 1983 in the Corning Community Hospital, Corning, Clay County, Arkansas. He married Tillie BELLAH 2 JAN 1932 in the courthouse in Doniphan, Ripley County, Missouri. Tillie, daughter of Nath and Cillar SMITH BELLAH, was born 2 OCT 1913 near Warm Springs, Randolph County, Arkansas and died 11 FEB 1988 at her home in Corning, Clay County, Arkansas.
Othel and Tillie are both buried at Macedonia Cemetery, Ripley County, Missouri.
Othel and Tillie had the following children:
