This is your invitation to participate in the world?s largest and most prestigious youth development program of its kind. This is your next step toward making your ?Cinderella Dreams? come true by representing your area at the glamorous state finals and throughout the year as Cinderella State Royalty. This is my 15th year as State Director and I hope to make this one of the best State Finals ever.

*Age Groups

Age division is determined by age you competed in at preliminary. You may stay in that group or move up. At large contestants and those who have not participated in a preliminary this year will compete at age as of the date of the finals. Cinderella groups: Tots (3-6 yrs); Mini Miss (7-9 yrs.); Miss (10-12 yrs.); Teen (13-17 yrs.); Cinderella Woman (18-26, married or single).
*Cinderella Overall
Overall winners must compete in all 5 phases of competition. Contestants will be judged on personal appearance, grooming, poise, personality and stage presence. Contestants must participate in Tot Personality (3-6 yrs.) and Talent for (7-26 yrs.) to qualify for the Overall Title. Overall Winners will receive a $500 Educational Savings Bond (prorated depending on number of contestants in your group and contract fulfillment), Cinderella Round Crown and Official Cinderella Trophy, Monogrammed Banner, Flowers, Scepter, Use of Official Robe for one year, $275 International Fee Paid, Color portrait, State Finals Video, Lodging Paid to 2004 State Finals, Lovely Crown Pin. The total package is over $1,200 in each group. You never compete outside your group. One Overall Winner in each group will be crowned. Winner determined by the highest collective score for Talent/Tot Personality, Beauty, Photogenic, Interview, & Casual Wear.
*Cinderella Beauty

Cinderella Beauty is a combined score of interview, casual wear and party dress. You will be judged on personal appearance, grooming, poise, personality and stage presence. Party Dress should be street or tea length for age?s 3-12 yrs. Full-length gown for 13-26 yrs. There will be a Beauty Winner named in each group. They will receive a $150 Savings Bond (prorated depending on number of contestants and contract fulfillment), Cinderella Round Crown, Official Cinderella Trophy, Banner, $275 International Fees Paid, and Beautiful Crown Pin. Total Package over $600.
*Photogenic

All participants will be judged in photogenic. Photos will be judged on qualities and personality exhibited in their photos. Pictures may be no larger than 8x10 and should be turned in at registration. May be black & white or color. Winners will receive a Round Crown, Trophy, Banner, $275 International Entry Fee and special Crown Pin.
*Cinderella Talent/Tot Personality

Ages 3-6 yrs will participate in an on stage interview called Tot Personality. This will be held on Saturday morning and contestants will wear white shorts and Cinderella T-shirts. Emcee will ask questions from your emcee sheet and simple questions to try and show personality of the participant. Age 7-26 yrs. will compete in talent. In Cinderella talent is considered anything that entertains the audience. Time limit is 3 minutes. Anyone going over the 3-minute limit will be disqualified from the Overall and Talent competition. Music must be on new tape or CD, (Not brunt from computer) and be the only song on tape/CD clearly marked with name and age division. Please bring a back up tape/CD. Winners will receive a Round Crown, Banner, $275 International Entry Fee Paid and Special Gift.
*Cinderella Casual Wear
Contestants will participate in casual wear (slacks, shorts, sun dress etc.) You may not wear Swimsuit, hats, sunglass, purses, or any other prop. There will be no removal of clothing allowed.
*Cinderella Interview
Ages 3-26 will participate in a private interview with the judges. 3-12 will be taken in groups of 2 to 4. This segment of competition is designed to assess poise, grooming, and communicative skills. This is not an intelligence test. No current events. A simple tailored church style dress; skirt or suit is suitable for this event. No make-up is allowed for 3-6 tots in interview. All other groups age appropriate.
*Cinderella Baby Overall
Cinderella Baby age divisions are: 0-11 mos., 12-23 mos., and 2-3 yrs. Prince Charming 0-6 yrs. Babies must compete in 3 phases of competition to be eligible for the Overall Title. Beauty/Most Handsome, Personality and photogenic. The highest collective score of these 3 competitions will determine the Overall Winner. Winners will receive a $100 Savings Bond (prorated depending on number of contestants) Official Cinderella Round Crown, Monogrammed Banner, Trophy, $75 International Fee Paid and Special Gift.
*Cinderella Beauty/Most Handsome
Babies

Babies will compete in party dress/Sunday best. Dresses should be street or tea length. No make-up is allowed at anytime in these age groups. Boys may wear tux or Sunday best. Contestants will be judged on personal appearance, grooming, personality and stage presence. Winners will receive a Round Crown, Banner, Trophy, $75 International Entry Fee Paid and Special Gift.
*Cinderella Personality Babies Cinderella Baby Personality is judged in casual wear. This may be any outfit you would have your child wear to mall, or just for an outing. Real clothes. Contestants will be judged on personal appearance, grooming, personality and stage presence. Winners will receive a Round Crown/ Boys Medallion, Banner, Trophy, $75 Entry Fee Paid to Internationals and Special Gift.
*Cinderella Baby Photogenic
All Participants should enter a photogenic photo for judging. Photos will be judged on Quality and Personality. Pictures may be no larger than 8x10 and may be black & white or color. Please turn in at registration. Winners will receive a Round Crown/ Boys a Medallion, Banner, Trophy, $75 International Entry Fee Paid and Special Gift.
*Baby Playtime With Judges
Babies will have a playtime with the judges. Contestants and one parent only will be allowed. Babies are to bring their favorite toy and will play with other contestants while judges observe. They should wear a casual outfit.
*Enter Free By Selling Ads
Ad Prices Cinderella 3-26 yrs.
Any contestant may enter the pageant free by selling advertising for the program book. These ads are good luck wishes from family, friends and local businesses. All ads are tax deductible. Please attach a note to each ad indicating ad size, contestant?s name and what ad is to say. Businesses may attach a business card, logo or letterhead. We will furnish all artwork and design ads. You may feature your picture on any full -page ad only. Half and quarter page ads will feature our artwork unless furnishes by the business. Full-page ads are 8 ½ x 11.

* Sell Tickets To Pay Fees
Any contestant in Baby or Cinderella may sell Sponsor Tickets to pay your fees. You will send $10 to help cover the cost of print and postage and I will mail you up to your entry fee in tickets. You sell them for $1 each and the money is yours to pay fees or for other expense. You may sell ads and tickets. Make your own sheet with a place for name and phone number. These must be cut apart before turning them in at registration. We will have a drawing final night for $50 CASH. Send the info below with $10 to sell tickets.
*Thursday Night Special
Cameo & AAMTC Pageant

On Thursday night before Cinderella actually begins on Friday we will hold 2 competitions held during the International Finals in Las Vegas. I have decided to give you the opportunity to enjoy this special competition and help warm up for the Cinderella Finals. The ?Cameo Model? has long been revered in the modeling profession for her classic features and flawless beauty. In the Cameo Girl Pageant, participants in the 3-6, 7-9, 10-12, and 13-17 divisions will be judged in pageant dress only. Winners will receive an unbelievable Round Crown, Banner and Trophy.
You do not have to participate in the Cinderella Pageant to be eligible to compete. Entry Fee is $30.
Special TV Spokesmodel Commercial
This competition is judged on the ability to create and deliver a ?mock? 30-second TV Commercial. The commercial may cover the product or subject of the participant?s choice (props & music may be used); Judging will be based on personality projection, voice, creativity and ability to sell the product. Winner will receive Crown.

Photogenic Model
This photo will be judged on photographic beauty, mood or expression and quality of photo. Winner will receive a Crown. Entry Fee is $10
Sleepwear or Loungewear
You may model pajamas, nightshirt, or nightgown. In this category the participant may wear and remove a robe during the modeling presentation; however it is not required. Winner will receive a Crown. Entry Fee $10.
Swimwear
Any type of swimsuit selected by the participant is allowed, however it should be in good taste and appropriate for the age division. In this category a swimsuit cover-up may be worn and removed during the modeling presentation. Winner will receive a Crown.

,b>Play or Active Wear

The participant should select a garment that reflects a sporting or play activity such as tennis shorts/skirt, shorts, jeans, aerobic outfit, etc. Any outfit that a participant would wear while engaged in a sporting or athletic activity will be appropriate. Winner will receive a Crown. Entry Fee $10.
Solo Talent Competition
Entrants may enter as many talent categories as desired; however they may not enter more than one talent act within a category and thereby compete against themselves. Presentations should be about 2 minutes in length, not to exceed 3-minutes. Hand props but no scenery, are allowed. All music should be on tape or CD and be the only song. We will provide a tape/CD player and hand held microphone. Any other equipment needed will be the responsibility of entrant. This competition will be held in the ballroom of the Convention Center and all dance and gymnastics will be performed on the floor. Winner of each talent category will receive a Crown. Entry Fee is $10 per talent and is open to all age groups including 3-6. Judges will not be the Cinderella Judges for State.
*Hotel Information
We will be staying at the Ramada Inn Suites. This hotel is connected to the Convention Center. You will never have to leave for any competitions. You must make reservations by May 10 to receive the $65 rate and to assure a place. This hotel does stay sold out on the weekend so please call now! *Souvenir Gifts
This is one of the most asked questions, what do I bring as a souvenir gift? This can be anything, a handmade item, a gift from a local company, or company advertisement item. Just add your name, age division and a good luck message to the other contestants. These gifts are judged for Best Souvenir Gift and Most Original in each age division and awards are given. These gifts should not be expensive; a penny on a card with a good luck message will be great. We will have bags put out during the party on Friday and each contestant will deposit her gift. At the end of the party each contestant then receives a gift from everyone else. Please plan on bringing about 60 gifts. Those who enter Cinderella will be given a more detailed list of rules and what to expect after a deposit is paid and entry forms mailed.
*Cover Miss Competition
Cover Miss Competition is open to all contestants in all age divisions. To enter, send in a picture, 8x10, black & white or color, along with a $20 entry fee. All photos must be received before June 1. The photo chosen by an independent judging group will be featured on the inside cover of the 2003 State Finals Program Book. The winner will be awarded a Beautiful Crown on stage along with $275 entry fee to attend the International Finals in Las Vegas (3-26) or $75 fee for babies.
*Picture For Program Book
All Contestants may send a photo for the contestant roster; Picture may be no larger than a 3x5. Prefer 2x3. May be black & white or color. Have name clearly marked along with age division on back. Must be received before May 26 to assure sport in the book.
*Registration
Registration will begin at 9 a.m. on Friday June 12 in Meeting Room 5 of the Convention Center for all age divisions. Please bring your photogenic picture, talent tape, one souvenir gift and any tickets, if sold for fundraiser. Any balance you owe must be paid at this time. NO personal checks at the door, please. I now am set up to take credit cards, but they must be paid through Pay Pal on the Internet before June 6.
*Banquet
A banquet will be held on Friday evening at the Convention Center. Contestants should wear a nice dress or teens may wear after five style dresses. Tickets may be purchased on the entry form and will not be available at the door. All family members are invited to attend. Contestants and their parents in the baby division are also invited to attend.

*Friday Night Party
A ?Blast From The Past Party? will be held on Friday night after the banquet. Babies are also invited. You may wear any costume of your choice. From flappers to mod squad use your imagination. Costumes will be judged in each age division. Awards will be given.
*Schedule of Events
The following is a tentative schedule, only.
Competitions and times will depend on number of contestants. I hope to have enough contestants in each group to have atop five re-compete (3-26) on Saturday night. This cannot be determined until all entries have been completed. Believing that we will have a wonderful pageant I will proceed as if we will be doing this final night competition.

We begin with 18-26 and go backwards with Tot Personality last. A short rehearsal will be held following the Tot Personality. At 2 p.m. we will hold Beauty Competition in Party Dress. We will begin with the Baby Division and complete all age groups. Babies will be crowned at this time. Winners are invited to return to finals at 6:30 p.m. Contestants 3-26 will return and hold an opening number. Then a top five will be called and they will re-compete in talent. Crowning of the Beauty, Talent/Tot Personality, Photogenic will be held then the crowning of the top five and the 2003-04 Overall Royalty will be named. Again this is all highly subject to change depending on number of contestants. There must be at least 10 contestants in each group before a top five competitions will be held.
*Cinderella T-Shirts
Cinderella T-Shirts will be available but must be order in advance. Only a very limited number will be available at the pageant. Tots will wear T-shirts to Tot Personality along with white shorts. Everyone is dressed the same therefore contestants are judged on personality only.,br> The color has not yet been determined, but information will be available soon.
