2. Graphics and Tube. Download and open in PSP.

Let's Get Started
1. Open PatrioticFrame_KK.psp.
2. Open JC Seaside Bunny_KK.psp go to Edit>Copy
3. Click on Working Image go to Edit>Paste As A New Layer
4. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. Settings: V & H 5 Opacity 75 Blur 25 Color Black click ok.
5. Open FlagWavesm_KK.psp go to Edit>Copy
6. Click on Working Image go to Edit>Paste As A New Layer. Move flag to the left side.
7. Go to Layers>Arrange>Move Down. So it will be behind the bunny.
8. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow. Same settings as in step 4.
9. Go to Layers>New Rastar click ok.
10. Click on text tool. When pop up window appears select font, size, and color you want on the tag. Type in "Happy Easter To Our Troops. Click ok
11. Move text so it will be in the top bar of the frame.
12. Go to Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow use same setting as in step 4. Deselect the marching ants.
13. Open bunny52.psp go to Edit>Copy.
14. Click on Working Image go to Edit>Paste As A New Layer. Move the bunny till the pencil tip touches the last part of the last letter.
15. Repeat Step 4 drop shadow.
16. Go to Layers>New Rastar click ok.
17. Click on Selection Tool Rectangle for shape. Draw a rectangle just around the wavy red part of the frame on the inside.
18. Open KKsunny2.jpg.
19. Go to top Color Palette select Pattern. Then select the KKsunny.jpg. Flood fill the marching ants.
20. Go to Layers>Arrange>Moved To Bottom. Deselect the marching ants.
21. Go to Layers>Merge>Visible.
22. Go to Image>Resize make sure Pixel Size is checked in the width type in 300 the bottom two boxes should be checked. Click ok. Your image is now the correct size to send through email.

YOU ARE DONE~
